Speaker Berri Reaffirms Commitment to Nabatieh Governorate Tax Exemption and Administrative Development

Mufti Sadiq recently engaged in discussions with Speaker Nabih Berri regarding Parliament's decision to extend tax exemptions to Nabatieh Governorate. The two officials used the occasion to underscore the urgency of revitalizing governmental institutions and essential services throughout Nabatieh city.

In their conversation, both emphasized how strengthening administrative functions and accelerating service delivery would directly benefit residents by streamlining their interactions with state institutions. They highlighted that such improvements would prove instrumental in removing barriers that currently impede citizens' ability to return and establish stability in their communities once their towns and villages are freed from occupation.

According to a statement released from Mufti Sadiq's office, Speaker Berri confirmed his personal investment in advancing this agenda. He pledged to maintain active coordination with competent state authorities on the matter and delegated one of his movement's senior figures to oversee the necessary follow-up communications required to implement these measures.
